We offer an intense 3-day development centre for groups of 6-8 managers who aspire to move into high performance senior manager or executive roles. It is designed as a structured process to assess the performance of participants against the success criteria for a role in an organisation. Our programme which includes both pre and post centre development work is based on our proprietary strategic competencies’ matrix, or a hybrid set of competencies relevant to your organisation.
Having established a baseline and during the course of the development centre we work alongside executives in your team, who we train, or we provide independent executive level facilitators to analyse an individual’s performance across a range of relevant exercises. This enables us to: provide a substantive gap analysis, identify a participant’s development needs, focus their strengths as well as providing talent confirmation.
Comprehensive development feedback is provided to each participant and together a detailed, customised development plan is developed. Alongside the individual’s boss we provide the tools to mentor and follow-up on participants.
