Project management of a CRM implementation

An engineering organisation was undertaking digital marketing activities using multiple toolsets and wanted to implement a CRM which included marketing automation.

An engineering organisation was struggling to manage multiple systems for its digital marketing activities – ads, lead generation and conversion, content marketing etc. Their central IT team did not have the resources to assist the implementation of a CRM and marketing automation solution, however the organisation did not have time to waste in getting tangible results from its marketing efforts.

The Solution

We supported the selection, implementation and ongoing support of the solution through our project management process and toolset. Working with their internal marketing team, central IT team, as well as third party suppliers the project was successfully completed.
