A global manufacturer was going through major organisational change including significant changes to its technology infrastructure. The organisation lacked a digital strategy as well as the resources and capabilities to deliver such a strategy. They were very much working on a firefighting basis.
We put in place a temporary technology team led by an experienced CIO. The CIO, working with the head office executive management and subsidiary executive management put in place a digital transformation strategy for the entire organisation. Programme and Project Management processes were then put in place with transfer of skills to the client in order to successfully manage ongoing projects.
